ElectraWear Easy Care Static Control Smock: Although all ESD smocks may look the same subtle differences in materials, manufacturing and production make huge differences in the garments final performance. Over the years the biggest complaint we've heard is "our current esd smocks are hot, uncomfortable and wrinkle like crazy - it feels like we're wearing a plastic bag."

Not so with Easy Care! Our WOVEN Poly has the looks and feel of soft combed cotton yet wears like steel and features outstanding resistance to stains and dirt. This unique knit type weave allows Easy Care garments to "breath" keeping the employee cool, comfortable and productive.

No time to send the smocks out for cleaning?  Take them home, through them in the washer, dry as directed and enjoy the wrinkle free great looks AND comfort this material is known for.

CONDUCTIVITY:  ElectraWear Easy Care ESD Smocks are highly static conductive and easily  compliant to ANSI/ESD S20.20-2007's "Groundable Static Control Garment" (if used with the ground cord) OR to "Static Control Garment" (if not used with the ground cord). Each batch is tested at our lab using STM2.1 and each SMOCK is tested to TR-53 prior to leaving our facility! Your ASSURANCE of problem free performance once they arrive at your location. Easy Care smocks are TR-53 test friendly and warranted to provide compliance to groundable static control garment for a period of 100 washes or 1 year with a resistance value of <1.0E09. Typical panel to panel and sleeve to sleeve resistance is 4.19E07. Typical seamless panel point to point conductivity is 3.05E05. Typical combination resistance value of garment, technician and ground cord is 2.62E06.  Conductivity so stellar that the garments pass for a "Groundable Static Control System" (if the cuffs are snapped tightly around the technicians wrist).
